I love the Provo Bakery! The donuts, rolls, and muffins are excellent. I stop by about once a month to pick up some goodies and have always had prompt and friendly service. Everything is reasonably priced, although some things are better deals than others. I once had a cinnamon roll that had almost enough sugar to put me in a coma, but everything else has been more than satisfactory. I have stopped by two or three times during regular posted hours only to find them closed. I realize that there probably aren't too many staff, but I think they should change their hours if they're not going to live by them. It's frustrating to get out of the car, yank on a locked door, and end up going home muffinless.

Pros: Fantastic baked goods!

Cons: Unreliable hours

World Class quality and service

Our family has visited this bakery untold times & can definitely vouch that they have the most delicious, yummy, bestest donuts, buns, orange chocolate cookies in the region. They have always been most obliging & when we have phoned for orders to be delivered, the recipients have always contacted us with nothing but the highest compliments for the services rendered by Provo Bakery and the high quality of the goods. This means a lot to us as we live in New Zealand and don't always know if what we ordered is any good. We have every faith in Provo Bakery & look forward to always dealing with them in the future. Thanks guys. PS: I believe you make the meanest NZ-inspired creamed donuts, creamed buns & mini pavs. Will mince potatoe top pies be on the menu soon? ;)

The fritters I bought were raw in the middle. When I phoned them to complain, they brushed me off like nothing was wrong. This once was the premier bakery in Provo, but has definitely lost that distinction.
