Lone Peak High School Reviews

Lone Peak is a quality school with quality academics and extra-curricular programs. My children have benefited greatly from their time at this school. Mrs. Wright in the history department is amazing, Mrs. Woolsey in the English department is top notch, and Miss Johnson in the Music department is outstanding. Teachers like these have truly had a huge impact on all of my children, and I would be remiss if I did not share it. This truly is a 'world class' school.

Lone Peak is indeed a 'World Class High School' I have had three sons graduate from the school. Each one has been active in different areas. Their sports programs are the best in the state. The drams, music, debate and dance teams are state or national champions year in and year out. Lone Peak is, without question, the best High School in Utah. The bar is definatly set high at this institution. We moved out of the boundary last year and rather than send my child to a neighboring inferior public institution I paid for tuition to a private school. If you can't afford a house in the Lone Peak boundary then plan on paying tuition to get an excelent education comparable to what you would receive at this institution.

Lone Peak is a great environment for everyone. Many advanced placement courses are offered and the teachers have high passing rates for all of them. I have never felt afraid for my welfare ever out of the three years I have attended this school and I can't imagine graduating any where elsze.

teachers are good, there is a variety of classes to take, but as far as the students they aren't exactly the most outgoing and welcoming students.

It's a wonderful school! This is the only school I know that provides the students so many languages to learn such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Italian and Russian. Great faculty!

It's the quality of the student-body that makes this school so great. On the whole, these are some pretty amazing kids, and the school is pretty solid all around.

Lone Peak High school is the most amazing school anyone could dream of going to. The teachers really get involved with the students, and the students get a great education there. My daughter is involved in music to the extreme and she excells at it because of the wonderful staff at Lone Peak. The Pearents have everything to say about their students fitting in and what they can and can not do. I would greatly reccomend this school to evertone! Go Lone Peak Knights!

Lone Peak High school is the best high school in Alpine School Distract by far. They have an amazing athletic's program. There English and History programs are great filled with great english teacher's like Ms. Woolsey, Mrs. Anderson, and many other well and qualified English teachers. Also there Histroy program has great teachers like Mr. Loose, Mr. Birrel, and Mrs. Calvin. They also had the the best AP pass rate in the district. It is a 'World Class' high school

Lone Peak does excel in some areas, espcially athletics. And kudos to the English department. However, the counseling department may benefit from some guidance, nobody there seems to be really 'on the ball' and most of the alleged counselors there have done my students more harm than good.

Lone Peak is truly a wonderful school. The quality of education here is exceptional. Lone Peak has a variety of extracurricular activities and organizations that make it easy for any high schooler to join and become involved. The performing arts, and athletics are outstanding. Just this year Lone Peak took state in Girls Swimming, Girls volleyball, Drill team, and Boys Basketball--and we made it to state finals in football, wrestling, and soon to be boys soccer. This school has amazing students and it would be hard to find another Utah school of its calibur.

This school has helped 3 of my children gain a well balanced education that has helped them throughout there lives. I hope that my other children will gain the same experience.

Lone Peak's motto is 'A World Class High School.' We are now on our 4th student at Lone Peak. It truly is a great school. The scores rank it highest overall in Utah County. Many other people would like to come here, but the district has had to institute boundaries to keep the other schools populated and staffed. This is an amazing school.
