It seems that the senior teachers lack the energy of being there for 'all or even most' of the students, and the newer teachers attrition rate is pretty high. The administration seems to struggle with the dynamics of the student population. They also lack the implementation of an appropriate strategy for strengthening the children while they are at school. Parent involvement is minimal.”
